Hurry up and FIX ME!

When you are sick where do you go? To the doctor right...you want to go in and get the medicine and then start feeling good again, right? If I am going through something in life, I want to sometimes go to church and get a quick FIX. Hopefully the preacher will be preaching on something that will hurry up and FIX ME! Now don't get me wrong..We are to run into the Lord and be safe...We are to cry out to Him and He hears....We are to go to church and hear the word of the Lord....but sometimes it is a band-aid or a tourniquet to stop the bleeding long enough for you to heal....Are you ever in a place where the Lord says, when you leave this meeting tonight you will NOT be FIXED, you are still going to hurt and go through the process!? Last night at our weekly School of the Spirit the Lord would not let us FIX anyone! He wouldn't let us rush in and be the comforter and FIX each other will with well meaning words or actions...He just said, You will feel the pain and I will be the one who comes to you as you realize your total desperation for me and not man! My cry today is Lord, FIX ME! He says ok, Let's walk through the process......but Lord it still hurts! I know says the Lord but it won't hurt forever!
