Now Faith

Today at church Pastor Perry brought a really good message on Now Faith! We often hear the verse quoted in Hebrews 11:1 ...Faith is the substance of things hoped for. Some translations say, "Now Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not yet seen. The emphasis Pastor Perry brought was the Now Faith. We so many times have past faith, future faith but not Now Faith. If we are constantly in the past and looking only to the future, what about the NOW! Now is the day for us to step out! What is God speaking to us to do NOW?

True Worship

One of the things I love so much about the young singers and musicians the Lord has brought to the Nazarite House of Prayer is there willingness to unabandonly worship the Lord. If you will show up knowing that no one else may even show up, and you are willing to worhip the Lord, that speaks volumes. It is all about Him, right?

Keeping Him First

Do you ever leave a meeting thinking, I talked way too much and drew too much attention to myself? I know the enemy of our soul is the accuser of the brethren and loves nothing more than to accuse us. My point is this, I always want to check mysef and make sure I wasn't drawing attention to myself and away from the most beautiful, worthy one who deserves all the glory and honor...... I must decrease and He must increase!

Our First 12 Hours of Prayer

What can I say about our first 12 hours of prayer and worship at the Nazarite House of Prayer? I stand in awe of the Lord! We prayed, worshipped, poured our hearts out to God and received His heart of love towards us. God is looking for those who will worship Him at any cost. The young people that the Lord sent as worship leaders had no other purpose than worshipping their God. I told each of them from the start that God was the audience, and that there may be no other people to show up but us...guess what these young people still wanted to do it! Why? They love God and want something real! That speaks volumes to me. I can only imagine the joy that it brought the heart of God. What an honor!
